I want to make a great original birthday my best friend. She turns 21, so we need birthday cake regular high level.

Consult the Yellow Pages and find a personal baker, someone who makes wedding cakes or bakery, a small family, I'm not sure about Ottawa I have been there for some years, but look at a small bakery or private, that are more creative.
