Framed Movie posters at Blockbuster … What is the name of the company that makes them?

I go to Blockbuster at least 2 times a week and always before notice the framed movie posters they are selling. I wonder how they do. Does anyone know the name of the company that sells / distributes a Blockbuster? They are not normal movie posters. They have a texture to them as if and only if they were coated with a clear substance.

I do not know who to buy. You can go order to www.allposters.com and posters of any kind. Have them framed or frame them yourself.
